PURPOSE: An electronic bill presenting system of a hub type is provided to integrally manage the bill presenting information of a bill claiming institution promoted as a perfect agent model and a direct link integration model, which is an EBPP(Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment) model through a present business cooperation, or not making a business cooperation contract. CONSTITUTION: If a user(1) registers as a member by connecting to a web site of an EBPP agency(3), the EBPP agency assigns an integrated e-mail account to the user and stores it in a member information database(4). If the user selects a charge in order to apply for the electronic bill presentment to the charge claiming institutions(2,7), the electronic bill presentment application of the charge claiming institution having the business cooperation contract is applied/inquired by generating a bill information database(5) in case of the perfect agency model and by using a gateway or a web page through the real-time system link between the charge claiming institutions in the case of the direct link integration model.
