PREPARATION METHOD OF NANOCOMPOSITE POWDER REINFORCED WITH CARBON NANOTUBES, WHICH COMPRISES HOMOGENEOUSLY DISPERSING CARBON NANOTUBES IN THE MATRIX

PURPOSE: Provided is a preparation method of nanocomposite powder with reproducibility and reliability by homogeneously dispersing carbon nanotubes in the matrix. CONSTITUTION: The nanocomposite powder is prepared by the following steps of: (i) mixing mutiwalled carbon nanotubes having a tube shape of 10-40nm of diameter and 5micrometer of length with a dispersant, funtionalizing carbon nanotubes, such as nitric acid, toluene, N,N-dimethylformamide or thionyl chloride; (ii) applying ultrasonics to the solution at 40-50W and 40-60KHz; (iii) adding matrix materials, oxides enabling to be water soluble metal salts, such as aluminum oxide and copper oxide to the dispersed solution; (iv) applying ultrasonics to matrix-added solution under the same condition as the above; (v) calcining the dispersed solution of step(iv) at vacuum or reductive atmosphere.
