Device for acquisition and documentation of record data, especially for recording the activities of the person that carries the device (10) with him or her. The device comprises the following components: input components for input of record data that relate to events occurring during the person's movement; a storage component for storing the record data and; a component for reading out of the record data. Independent claims are also included for the following:- (a) a device for evaluation of record data; (b) a method for aquistion and document of records data and; (c) a method for evaluation of record data. (d) a system or evaluation of record data; and (e) a computer program for method implementation.
