<p>PURPOSE: Provided are a cutting device of a fiber reinforcing material using waste plastic and a mortar composition containing the fiber reinforcing material to enable construction materials to be recycled by improving various properties including toughness, bending strength, impact resistance and abrasion resistance. CONSTITUTION: The cutting device(1) for cutting a roll-type fiber reinforcing material(10) comprises: a main roller(25) about which the roll-type fiber reinforcing material(10) is wound and which has a first motor(20) mounted at one side thereof; a primary cutting blade(30) for primarily cutting the roll-type fiber reinforcing material(10); a lower belt conveyor(40) driven by a third motor(49) and having a first transport roller(45) as a shaft; an upper belt conveyor(60) having a second transport roller(55); and a minutely cutting blade(50) positioned between the lower and upper belt conveyors(40) and driven by a second motor(47).</p> |
