CONTROL DEVICE FOR AIR CONDITIONER FOR EXCLUDING CHANGES IN RESPONSE TIME OF SWITCH DEVICE OF DRIVING CIRCUIT

PURPOSE: A control device for an air conditioner is provided to exclude a change in response time of a switch device of a driving circuit, perform appropriate compensation control, stably drive a compressor, and improve starting of cooling and heating. CONSTITUTION: A power circuit(13) converts an AC(Alternating Current) voltage into a DC(Direct Current) voltage. A driving circuit(14) includes a switch device for driving a compressor. A microcomputer(15) controls the driving circuit. A control device(11) has a function of measuring response delay time of a driving output signal from the driving circuit related to a driving input signal to the driving circuit from the microcomputer. According to driving conditions, the control device switches in a method of starting a compressor(12) after measuring the response delay time of the driving circuit immediately before starting the compressor, or a method of driving the compressor without measuring the response delay time.
