The present invention relates to wireless relays or repeaters, in particular but not exclusively for home entertainment systems. In general terms the present invention provides a wireless transceiver relay for home entertainment equipment which comprises a receiver associated with a first channel and a separate transmitted associated with a second channel and which are coupled together such that audio and video streams are immediately relayed from the first channel by the receiver to the second channel by the transmitter. This means there is no significant delay in the relay receiving for transmitting the data stream, which is an important consideration for home entertainment equipment video and audio streams. |
