The joint has hinges (2) formed by sheet metal structures (5, 6), and openings allowing a filling material (7) to be filled inside panels (3, 4). The hinges are fixed by threaded clamping screws (14), and a reinforcing profile (13) is arranged on a half of thickness of the panels. A protruding wing is provided in middle of thickness of the profile, and an elastic seal (11) is arranged in bottom of a concave-shaped part (8) that is fixed with a small rim (10). The elastic seal is formed on the profile.
