PURPOSE: A preparation method of an air mold for clothes is provided to integrally and easily produce a bust cup mold for supporting a breast of a woman and an air pad for covering a slim breast. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method of the air mold for clothes comprises the steps of: forming an outer skin(10) and an inner skin(20) individually by coating an inside of a fabric(11,21) with a polyurethane(12,22) and a thermoplastic polyurethane(13,23) in order; molding the outer and inner skins in a form of a bust cup; and attaching the thermoplastic polyurethane(13,23) with the outer and inner skins overlapped to form a space(30) inside.
