PURPOSE: A device for displaying a current time with a color on an output device of a wired/wireless terminal and a method therefor are provided to automatically install one of clock programs in a start program position of a terminal, and to automatically execute the clock program while booting up, thereby outputting a current time with a color by using a system clock signal. CONSTITUTION: A main server(10) is registered with various types of clock programs, and transmits selected clock programs to wired/wireless terminals(20). The wired/wireless terminals(20) receive/store the selected clock programs from the main server(10) to install the received clock programs therein. The clock programs are automatically installed in a start program position of the wired/wireless terminals(20), and are automatically executed while booting up the wired/wireless terminals(20). The wired/wireless terminals(20) have output devices for outputting a current time with a color to a time display by using a system clock signal.
