Method and device for determining surface tension by the bubble pressure method

The surface tension determination method has a capillary (11) used for introducing a gas volumetric flow into the solution (3), with a pressure sensor (4) used for detecting the time-dependent pressure characteristic of the volumetric flow during the formation of bubbles. The volumetric flow is interrupted at the end of the surface tension measurement, with the capillary closed over its full cross-section over at least part of its length. An independent claim for a system for determining the surface tension of a tenside solution is also included.
