PURPOSE: A liquid composition for treating skin disease is provided, thereby rapidly and continuously treating the skin disease including athlete's foot without adverse side effect. CONSTITUTION: The liquid composition for treating skin disease is prepared by mixing 10g of baking powder or sodium carbonate with 20g of sulfur, and adding the mixture into 5 to 12 liter of 4% to 10% acetic acid solution at 50 to 90 deg. C, wherein the mixture further contains sodium tetraborate; the mixture further contains 0.2 to 0.4g of pigments; and the mixture is packed in a tea bag.
