The oscilloscope has an analog part (10), a digital part (20), a power supply (30) and an external trigger block (2) provided in a plate (1). Two controllers are connected with filters, and the digital part is directly connected to a personal computer (PC). The analog part comprises a channel-A and a channel-B, which are formed by selecting an alternating current (AC) block and a direct current (DC) block. The digital part maintains communication with a peripheral component interconnect (PCI)bus of the PC via a PCIbus controller.
