SAUNA METHOD UTILIZING MICROORGANISM CAPABLE OF OBTAINING A FERTILIZING HEAT OF A TEMPERATURE SUITABLE FOR A SAUNA IN A SHORT TIME

PURPOSE: A sauna method utilizing a microorganism is provided to obtain a fertilizing heat of a temperature suitable for a sauna in a short time and to have a good cosmetic promotion effect. CONSTITUTION: The sauna method utilizes a microorganism separated from a traditionally fertilized food and Phaffia rhodozyma producing a carotenoid material. The method comprises the steps of: preparing a substrate by mixing 60 to 70 wt.% of a defatted rice bran, 0.5 to 2 wt.% of a defatted soy flour, 0.5 to 2 wt.% of a yeast extract powder, 0.5 to 2 wt.% of a quartz porphyry powder, 0.01 to 0.05 wt.% of a charcoal flour, 2.5 wt.% of a salt and the balance of a water; inoculating the microorganism to the substrate; adding at least one additive, if necessary and fertilizing it for 20 to 48 hr.; and utilizing it as a substrate for sauna when a temperature reaches at least 60 deg.C.
