PURPOSE: Provided is a biliquid type additional ordinary temperature-curable silicon rubber composition having improved self-extinguishing ability with keeping mechanical properties. CONSTITUTION: The silicon rubber composition comprises: 100pts.wt. of an organopolysiloxane(formula 1: RA-(R'2SiO)n-R) containing 0.05-0.15mmol/g of vinyl groups on the both terminals thereof, wherein R is vinyl, R' is methyl, and n is an integer of 110-250; 2-20pts.wt. of an organohydrogen polysiloxane(formula 2: RO-(R'2SiO)x-(R'2SiO)y-R) containing 4.0-8.0mmol/g of hydrogen groups on the side chain or the both terminals of thereof, wherein R is methyl or a hydrogen atom, R' is methyl, R' is a hydrogen atom, x is an integer of 50-60, and y is an integer of 60-80; 1-100pts.wt. of diatomite or quartz powder having a particle size of less than 100 micron, as a diluent; 50-80pts.wt. of aluminum hydroxide; 1-30pts.wt. of zinc carbonate; 0.01-0.2pts.wt. of a platinum catalyst; and 0.01-4pts.wt. of a curing retarder.
