The Plant is designed for electric power generation and the supply of small-size and medium-size local networks and systems. It is ecologically clean and can operate 12 months a year nonstop. The Archimedes' Law is applied, and there is no need for natural or artificial water head. The Plant comprises three separate parts, mounted on a platform (1). The first part has the form of a hydro-pneumatic mechanical piece of equipment for the generation of mechanical energy, the upper part of which is mounted over platform (1), and its lower part is emerged in a fluid basin. It comprises a flexible transmission (2), on which inflatable bodies (3) and compressed air cylinders (4) are mounted at a specified pitch. On one of their sides, the bodies (3) are shrunk to their minimum volume and cylinders (4) are closed, and on their other sides bodies (3) are inflated to their maximum volume and cylinders (4) are open. The torque received is transmitted by means of a reducer (7) and chain transmission (2) to the second separate part - generators (8) for electric power generation. The waste compressed air is fed to the third separate unit for treatment and the preparation of the compressed air, or is directly fed to the receiver (10).
