PURPOSE: An aging-sensing sensor attached to the inside of a door of a kimchi refrigerator, and a storage chamber thereof to sense the acidity is provided. It can precisely control the aging of kimchi without being affected by the kind of kimchi, acidity of spices and kimchi material, thereby creating good taste. CONSTITUTION: The aging-sensing sensor for kimchi refrigerator is characterized in that it contains a sensor unit(60) for determining the acidity of kimchi within the inside of a kimchi storehouse(30) containing a door(50). The sensor unit comprises an inlet port for absorbing gas within the kimchi storehouse, an air blowing fan for inducing the absorption of gas and a sensor for sensing the state of gas.
