PURPOSE: A shifting mechanism for a working vehicle with a continuously variable transmission for shifting and transmitting engine output to a travel unit is provided to prevent vibration and trouble during traveling at low speed by shifting in interlocking the engine with the continuously variable transmission. CONSTITUTION: A shifting mechanism for a working vehicle with a continuously variable transmission shifting and transmitting the engine output to travel units is composed of a speed regulator(50) regulating rpm of the engine, an accelerator module(55) having an accelerator pedal and an accelerator lever, and a shifting interlocking unit(60) actuating the continuously variable transmission and the speed regulator based on operation of the accelerator module. The change rate of increase of engine rpm is more than the change rate of acceleration of the continuously variable transmission until the continuously variable transmission reaches the predetermined speed in case of the engine rpm to be the predetermined value.
