PURPOSE: A device for managing a product quality is provided to transmit information on a quality inferiority type, a cause, and corrected contents on a product to one server, so that all clients can share the transmitted information, thereby immediately improving a product quality by retrieving the cause and corrected contents in real time. CONSTITUTION: A client(10) inputs information on a quality inferiority type, a cause, and corrected contents generated from each step with regards to a product life, and requests the inputted information. A server(20) collects, stores, and processes the inputted information, and supplies the information to the client(10). The client(10) comprises as follows. A type DB(12) manages the information on the quality inferiority type. A cause DB(14) manages the information for analyzing the cause. A correction request DB(16) manages the information on the corrected contents. An output DB(18) requests the server(20) to transmit information on an inferior product, and manages the requested information.
