PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing handmade shoes by using biomaterial is provided to improve satisfaction for customers, and to keep the health by manufacturing the shoe tree corresponding to the size of the customer and making the ergonomic handmade shoes to measure with chemical-free materials. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of handmade shoes has a first step(10) for delivering materials for taking customer's measurements, kneading the solidifying agent, making a pattern for shoes, and finishing the foot mold; a second step(20) for preparing plaster, kneading plaster, mixing water with the foot mold, and finishing the foot plaster cast; and a third step(30) for manufacturing a shoe tree and finishing the handmade shoes. A bag of Kromopan Alginate is mixed evenly with water at a temperature of 23 deg.C for 45 seconds to knead the solidifying agent in the foot mold. Information on order of the customer is stored and managed in a computer.
