PURPOSE: A boiler with heating-water/hot-water storage tanks and a method for supplying heating-water/hot-water are provided to reduce consumption of energy by having heating-water/hot-water storage tanks separately. CONSTITUTION: A heating-water storage tank(50) is connected to a heating-water storage pipe branched from a heating-water pipe connected to a heating-water tank(10). A hot-water storage tank(60) is connected to a hot-water storage pipe branched from a hot-water pipe connected to a hot-water tank(20). Three-way valves(V1,V2) selectively supply heating-water and hot-water to a heating-water supply pipe or the heating-water storage pipe and a hot-water supply pipe or the hot-water storage pipe.
