METHOD FOR UTILIZING PULVERIZED COAL IN ROTARY KILN, AND METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PRODUCING LIMESTONE BY USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Provided are a method for utilizing a pulverized coal in rotary kiln, which can decrease concentrations of NOx and SOx in exhaust gas and fire lime, and a method and device for producing limestone by using the same. CONSTITUTION: The method for firing lime by introducing the lime into rotary kiln(205), is characterized by using a pulverized coal(C) as fuel of heat source applied to lime charged in the kiln(205). The method for producing limestone in the rotary kiln(205) comprises the steps of (i) introducing a lime into the kiln(205), (ii) using a pulverized carbon(C) as fuel of heat source applied to the kiln(205), and (iii) cooling the limestone, and then withdrawing the limestone from the kiln(205). The device comprises a burner(10) having a pipe(12) for supplying the pulverized coal(C) as fuel of heat source applied to lime charged in the kiln(205).
