PURPOSE: A screen on windows with an attaching apparatus is provided to be used for a video advertisement in a shop, a conference in an office, and a home theater at home by rotating the screen in up, down, right, and left directions and by allowing the screen to be repeatedly attached without damage of the screen. CONSTITUTION: A screen on windows with an attaching apparatus includes a screen material(11). A screen attaching unit(4) is formed at one side of an outer block of the screen material. The attaching unit(4) has a suction plate formed at an entire surface thereof. The suction plate includes rubber. A screw rod is connected to the center of the other surface of the suction plate. A spherical frame is formed at the outside of the suction plate. A supporter(47) having a plane type is formed around the spherical frame(44).
