<p>The invention relates to the use of substances, binding to the bacterial translation factor EF-Tu, to prevent the formation of a cytoskeleton in bacterial cells and for production of anti-bacterial agents. The invention further relates to anti-bacterial agents, comprising partial sections of the amino acid sequences of the domains 2 and 3 of a bacterial EF-Tu protein, preferably with a length of 4-20 aminoacids.</p> |
