PURPOSE: A bias circuit having a startup circuit is provided to improve stability characteristics at a high frequency as removing power consumption due to power supply voltage noise and static current. CONSTITUTION: A bias circuit generates a constant bias voltage to an output node from an applied power supply voltage, using a current mirror circuit. And a startup circuit(70) comprises a common node where a gate of a MOS transistor constituting the current mirror circuit is connected, and a capacitor(CP71) connected between the output node. The startup circuit starts the bias circuit when the power supply voltage is applied initially.
