The operating drive has a central drive system, coupled to elements for transmission of the drive energy over the full width of the wing to individual drive stations (10) for the different landing flaps. Overload protection is provided by a number of electrical load sensors, associated with the points of transmission of the drive energy to the operating drives for the flap bodies.
