<p>PURPOSE: Provided is a mortar composition which effectively prevents dew condensation, secures compression strength, light-weight, heat insulation, and sound insulation, and has excellent constructability and compatibility. CONSTITUTION: The mortar composition comprises 20-50 wt% of cement, 35-65 wt% of volcanic ash, 0.1-0.5 wt% of hydrophobic powder, 2-10 wt% of admixture, and 10-30 wt% of water. The hydrophobic powder is at least one of silicon powder, zinc stearin-based powder. The admixture comprises anhydrous gypsum, calcium sulfoalumina, and flowing agent. The silicon powder, which is a fine powder of few microns, is Si 99.99%. The flowing agent comprises naphthalene, polycarboxylic acid, and so on.</p> |
