ELECTRONIC CIRCUIT DEVICE HAVING POWER SUPPLYING STRUCTURE CAPABLE OF SUPPORTING FAST SIGNAL

PURPOSE: An electronic circuit device having a power supplying structure is provided to offer the power supplying structure to support a high speed signal over a GHz range and make a change of power ground have no influence on entire electronic circuit device. CONSTITUTION: The electronic circuit device is equipped with a power-ground paired transfer line(20), a driver transistor(10), and a signal-ground paired transfer line(30). The power-ground paired transfer line is formed by oppositely arranging a power line(22) and the first ground line(23), and interposing an insulation layer. The signal-ground paired transfer line is driven by an output signal of the driver transistor, and is formed by oppositely arranging a signal line(31) and the second ground line(32), and interposing the insulation layer. The power line of the power-ground paired transfer line is directly connected to a drain layer(3) of the driver transistor and the first ground line of the power-ground paired transfer line is connected to a substrate(7) of the driver transistor.
