PURPOSE: A zoom/focusing adjustment apparatus for projection lens is provided to adjust zoom or focus minutely as reducing the overall height of a projector. CONSTITUTION: According to the projector having a projection lens whose zoom or focus are adjusted, the first gear part(441) is formed along a surrounding plane of the projection lens. The second gear part(451) is installed and operated with being revealed out of a case forming an outlook of the projector and is located on a part except a vertical top or bottom of the projection lens and is geared to the first gear part.
