摘要 <p>The invention relates to a new design of hail-blasting rocket effecting hail-storm clouds by spraying a chemical reagent in them in order to prevent any hail storms and for weather modification. The rocket comprises a stabilizing unit (1), nozzle unit (2) with a system for start-up and self-destruction, unit (3) with rocket fuel, bottom of the engine (4) with a self-destruction system, anti-hail head (5) with chemical reagent and container (6). The latter serves to protect the rocket during its shipment and storage, for a guide in the rocket start-up and as starter engine, and is in the form of a glass-roving tube, closed on both its ends with a cover (7) and bottom (8). Stabilizers (16) and cross-bar (14) of the stabilizing unit are designed in such a way as to stabilize the rocket, attributing its rotational motion around its longitudinal axis by angular speed of about 20 s-1. A rubber cup (15) is fitted around the crossbar (14) sealing the space between the rocket and container (6), and reduces the loss of the initial speed. In unit (2), systems for the start-up of the rocket and for self-destruction are fitted. The start-up system comprises two electric igniters (30), engine charge igniter (32) and cable of the electric igniters (21). The self-destruction system has a time relay (27), two detonators (19), wires for the time relay (20) and detonator cord (25). The driving unit (3) of the rocket comprises a unit with missile fuel (34), isolation chamber (33) and engine chamber (35). On the side of the rocket head, in the jet fuel unit (34) a flame carrier is mounted in the form, for example, of blocks. In the bottom (4) of the engine another system for self-destruction, two capsule-detonators (38) and detonation cord (37) are found. The head of rocket (5) comprises the top of rocket (45) regent generator having three reagent compactions (42, 46 and 48), mounted in the chamber of head (44), so that the zone of apertures (47 and 49) is left free. In the chamber of head (44) ten apertures are machined for spraying the reagent.</p>
