<p>The soya-almond milk finds application as dietetic food for therapeutic and prophylactic diets of people of all ages. The protein hydrolysis is improved and part of the vegetable acids have been neutralized in the soya bean. The mixture is homogenous and has improved flavour. The soya-almond milk comprises the following ingredients, in %: proteins 3-4, fats 2-2.2, macro- and micro-elements 2.5-3, carbohydrates up to 2, ash-like materials up to 1 and water from 89 to 91. To the soya milk the following ingredients are added, in %: almond emulsion from 5 to 10, vitamin C in the form of ascorbic acid 0.1, cows' milk from 5 to 10, calcium lactate 0.1-0.6, potassium chloride 0.1-0.2 and cocoa up to 5.</p> |
