The invention refers to a rotating ecological aerating cleaning device with a perforated cylinder mantle and perforated or unperforated front walls, in which there are hollow plastic beads and star-shaped ceramic hollow bodies which allow a liquid or gas to flow through the mantle between the beads and the hollow star-shaped ceramic bodies. Material for hollow beads is preferentially a UV resistant plastic, but it may also be ceramics or porcelain. According to the invention, the perforated cylinder - filter - is filled completely with hollow beads and admixed hollow and rough ceramic star-shaped bodies treated according to a special procedure (liquid vitalizer - hydronic) which is enhancing essentially the development of microorganisms and their resistance. The perforated cylinder - filter - shall always be perfectly balanced for which counterweight arms with sliding weight are used. Further, the beads and the star-shaped hollow ceramic bodies are occupying a stable position to each other and do not hit one against another, which might damage a microorganisms layer or some other lining layer created on the beads. A more complete cleaning of wastewater can be achieved in a manner to subject precleaned wastewater to aerobic microbiological cleaning, where bacteria in the slurry transform part of dissolved and colloidal organic substances which are later removed in a postcleaning vessel. The rotating ecological aerating cleaning device is especially suitable for all kinds of water treatment plants, concrete and plastic basins, fish farms, in breeding of young fish, in ponds, lakes and closed basins in commercial breeding of fish, shrimps and mussels, as well as in watercourses and standing waters which are polluted above their self-cleaning ability. |
