PURPOSE: A fingernail care apparatus is provided to keep hands and fingernails clean by maximizing the strength of ultrasonic waves transmitted to a washing basin and maximizing the washing effect of the ultrasonic waves. CONSTITUTION: A fingernail care apparatus comprises a case, a first washing basin(20), and a second washing basin(30). The case is formed through the combination of an upper case(11) and a lower case(12) having grooves with flat bottom surfaces. The case has a printed circuit board(40) of the fingernail care apparatus. A solution is put in the first washing basin and an ultrasonic wave oscillation part(21), receiving power from the printed circuit board and oscillating ultrasonic waves, is attached to the rear of the bottom of the first washing basin. The first washing basin is fixed to the edge of the groove of the upper case to close up tight the groove and a predetermined space is formed between the bottom surface of the groove and the first washing basin. A solution is put in the second washing basin. The second washing basin is inserted in the first washing basin. The second washing basin has legs(31) on the back of the bottom surface and a predetermined space is formed between the bottom surface of the first washing basin and the second washing basin. The height of the legs is integral multiple of the wavelength of the ultrasonic waves oscillated from the ultrasonic wave oscillation part.
