PURPOSE: A vacuum-packing method of potatoes is provided to check potatoes in the transparent vinyl bag easily by putting potatoes in the transparent vinyl bag and discharging air, and to restrict sprouts and peel of the potato from being changed into green and prevent solanine intoxication by restricting contact of potatoes and oxygen. CONSTITUTION: In a vacuum-packing method of potatoes from the garden for marketing, earth or soil is removed from the peel of the potato gathered from the garden. Potatoes are sorted according to the size, and a few potatoes are put into a transparent vinyl bag without peeling. A suction nozzle is inserted to the transparent vinyl bag filled with the potatoes, and air is sucked and discharged from the transparent vinyl bag. The transparent vinyl around the potatoes is bonded with heat, and the transparent vinyl bag is sealed by forming the vacuum.
