PURPOSE: A punching device is provided to couple a screw portion of a fixing bolt with a connection plate by piercing through a bracket such that the screw portion can be toward the connection plate, thereby freely transferring a straight-line motion of an X-axis direction of a camera. CONSTITUTION: A base film(128) is formed with align marks, and is mounted with an IC. A detection element detects a position of the base film(128) based on the align marks. A compensation portion compensates for the position of the base film(128) according to detected information of the detection element. A bracket(182) is installed with the compensation portion. A punching machine(174) punches the base films(128). A connection plate(170) integratedly supports the detection element and the compensation portion. At least one of screws(190,185) couples the connection plate(170) with the bracket(182). The screws(190,185) comprise a screw body and a head connected to the screw body. The head is located on the connection plate(170).
