The invention relates to a discharging device and to a centrifugal separator made of a rotor body (1) which accomodates therein, a distributor (2) and a separator (3).Inside the rotor body (1) there is a curved discharging member (29) that is rotable about its own axis (26), said discharging member being provided with an inlet opening (30) constantly mantained inside a liquid volume located in a discharging chamber (15) when the centrifugal rotor is in operation. This discharging member (29) is supported by a discharging tube (24) and by an adequate pre-tensioned spring that allows the discharging member (29) to extend radially.
