PURPOSE: An image sensor with a flicker noise removal effect is provided to improve productivity of the image sensor by removing a flicker noise of any light source without regard to frequency of the light source. CONSTITUTION: An image sensor with the flicker noise removal effect includes a pixel arranging part(40) for sensing information of the external image by arranging a plurality of pixels for maximizing the properties reacting to light, an irregular address generating part(43) for outputting a row address encoding signal for scanning lines irregularly without any consecutive increase and decrease, and a row decoder(41) for selecting a row corresponding to the pixel arranging part by decoding the row address encoding signal. |
