PURPOSE: An electric wiring structure, an electro-optical device and an electronic device are provided to reduce a wiring resistance value by electrically connecting a wire with a metal film through a side of the metal film exposed from an insulation film. CONSTITUTION: The second wiring pattern including an under-electrode(122) connects a conductive terminal(170) with an upper wire(152) connected to a mounting terminal(160). An inorganic insulation film(140) is not attached to a side(122A) of the under-electrode. The upper wire and the conductive terminal overlapped with each side of the under-electrode are electrically connected to the under-electrode through the side.
