PURPOSE: A method is provided to prevent damages caused due to magnetic vibrations by eliminating fragility of insulator during impregnation. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises a step(201) of forming a low voltage winding by winding a secondary coil on a predetermined rotating body; a step(203) of simulating shape of a high voltage winding matched to the center of the magnetic path of the low voltage winding; a step(205) of forming an insulating portion between low voltage and high voltage, on the low voltage winding; a step(207) of winding the tap winding portion of the high voltage winding on the insulating portion between low voltage and high voltage; a step(209) of forming an inter-layer insulating portion between tap windings on the tap winding portion; a step(211) of winding a general winding portion of the high voltage winding on the inter-layer insulating portion between tap windings; a step(213) of forming an inter-layer insulating portion between general windings on the general winding portion; a step(215) of winding a power winding portion of the high voltage winding on the inter-layer insulating portion between general windings; a step(217) of forming an external insulating surface on the high voltage winding; a step(219) of forming a main body of a transformer by assembling an iron core and a winding frame on the completed winding; and a step(221) of inserting the main body of the transformer into the outer case of the transformer, filling an oil, and sealing the case.
