PURPOSE: A coupon using method is provided to match a coupon, selected by a client, with card data of the client's own, to store the matched data at a terminal of an affiliated store, and to enable the client to use the coupon via the terminal of the affiliated store. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises several steps. A client accesses a coupon management server over a wireless or wired network(300). The client selects a coupon among coupons offered by the coupon management server(305, 310). The coupon management server the coupon data, selected by the client, with card data of the client's own, and offers the coupon data or the matched data to a terminal of the affiliated store(315, 325, 340). The terminal of the affiliated store stores the coupon data or the matched data at a memory, checks card data of the client, extracts the coupon data, and applies the coupon data(345, 350, 355, 360).
