PURPOSE: An LCD device which reduces a harmful electromagnetic wave is provided to change a shape of signal lines for transmitting signals to a driving IC from an FPC(Flexible Printed Circuit), and to offset harmful electromagnetic waves generated from the signal lines, thereby remarkably reducing the generation of the harmful electromagnetic waves. CONSTITUTION: Pixel electrodes(110) are disposed on the first substrate(100). A TFT(Thin Film Transistor)(120) for applying a driving voltage is disposed on each pixel electrode(110). Signal lines(150) are connected to a gate electrode(G) and a source electrode(S) of the TFT(120). A gate line(140) is connected to the gate electrode(G), and a data line(130) is connected to the source electrode(S). Pads(160) are formed in a section of the gate line(140) and a section of the data line(130). The second substrate(200) is overlapped with the first substrate(100), is formed with a color filter corresponding to each pixel electrode(110), and comprises a common electrode faced with the pixel electrodes(110).
