PURPOSE: A timer apparatus including a time indicator moving linearly is provided to easily manufacture the timer apparatus by simplifying a structure of the timer apparatus such that a user is capable of knowing a time and minutes only by using a scale without the minute hand and is provided to implement a conspicuous design by displaying a time through a straight-line motion. CONSTITUTION: A timer apparatus including a time indicator moving linearly includes a time displaying part(110), a time indicating unit(120), and a driving unit. The time displaying part(110) displays a predetermined time unit as a length. The time indicating unit(120) performs a straight-line motion on the time displaying part(110). The driving unit moves the time indicating unit(120). The driving unit includes a reading bar. The reading bar has a rotation unit and a conveyance unit. The rotation unit rotates at the same speed with a predetermined interval. The conveyance unit moves the time indicating unit such that the time indicating unit performs the straight-line motion.
