PURPOSE: A direct perforation system of a steel pipe reinforcement work for the underground excavation is provided to perforate a hole on the upper part of a tunnel rapidly and easily by installing a reinforcement bar on the upper part of a tunnel. CONSTITUTION: The direct perforation system of a steel pipe reinforcement work for the underground excavation comprises a tractor(100) moved freely and provided with supporting legs(102), a primary hydraulic cylinder(108) installed to one side of the tractor(100) to move a lower frame(106) connected with a primary support(104) vertically, a secondary support(112) installed vertically to one side of the lower frame(106) to support and fix a secondary hydraulic cylinder(110), the secondary hydraulic cylinder(110) installed on one side of the secondary support(112) to move a landing plate(116) connected with a third support(114) vertically, an air-water inlet/outlet part(120) installed vertically on the other side of the lower frame(106) to inject high-pressure air and water to an injection pipe formed in a rod pipe(118) and to suction and discharge soil and water from the rod pipe(118), the rod pipe(118) installed to one side of the air-water inlet/outlet part(120) to inject the air and water supplied from the air-water inlet/outlet part(120) to an injection pipe and to discharge the soil and water generated by perforating, and a perforation head(122) screwed on one side of the injection pipe formed in the rod pipe(118) to inject the high-pressure air and water from the injection pipe through a discharge hole and to perforate a hole.
