PURPOSE: A lottery ticket service method is provided to commonly accumulate parts of points offered to clients when they purchase products or enjoy service and to offer the accumulated point to a client via a lottery. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises several steps. Parts of mileages or points, offered to clients when they purchase products or enjoy service at offline or online affiliated stores, are stored at a database(520, 525). Lottery tickets are published on a basis of the commonly accumulated points or mileages stored at the database, and offered to the clients(545). The commonly accumulated points or mileages are offered to a lottery ticket winner(550).
