PURPOSE: A method for culturing small sized dermis tissue using slide glass is provided, thereby culturing dermis tissue with high success rate without chemical treatment, and effectively culturing the small sized dermis tissue. CONSTITUTION: The method for culturing small sized dermis tissue using slide glass comprises the steps of: placing the dermis tissue collected on a collagen type-1 coated petri dish; covering the dermis tissue on the collagen type-1 coated petri dish with a slide glass to fix the dermis tissue; supplying the culturing medium to the dermis tissue; and culturing the dermis tissue, wherein 5 to 10 microliter of collagen gel per 1 dermis tissue is coated on the petri dish. |
