PURPOSE: A chemical-free sinker is provided to prevent environmental pollution, and to manufacture the sinker at a low cost by mixing chemical-free thermosetting or thermoplastic resin and chemical-free metal powder or particles and injection-molding the mixture. CONSTITUTION: Chemical-free metal powder and particles of 80 to 95 wt% selected from chemical-free metal harmless to men and marine products with the specific gravity similar to lead are mixed to chemical-free thermosetting or thermoplastic synthetic resin of 4 to 25 wt%. The chemical-free sinker is manufactured by injection-molding the compound of chemical-free metal and chemical-free synthetic resin. The harmless metal similar to lead in the specific gravity is iron, stainless steel, nickel, chrome, molybdenum, and cobalt. Vinyl acetate resin, polystyrene, ABS resin, acryl resin, polyethylene, polypropylene, fluorine resin, polyamide resin, acetal resin or polycarbonate is used as the chemical-free thermosetting resin, and phenolic resin, urea resin, melamine resin, unsaturated polyester resin, epoxy resin, diaryl phthalate resin, polyurethane resin, silicone or polyamide resin is selected and used as the thermoplastic resin.
