PURPOSE: A spacer of a field emission device and a fabrication method therefore are provided to simplify a spacer fabrication by forming with an integrated spacer. CONSTITUTION: A spacer of a field emission device(FED) comprises a spacer plate(100), and a plurality of waveguide holes(130). A spacer fabrication method of the FED comprises a step of having a plurality of green sheets, a step of forming the spacer plate by stacking the green sheet, a step of punching the waveguide hole with the lattice shape at the position corresponding to hole each pixel of the FED panel on the spacer plate, and a step of sintering the spacer plate.
