PURPOSE: A lamp control circuit is provided to simplify the configuration of electric wiring in a building by arranging a single lamp which serves as a sensor lamp and an emergency lamp. CONSTITUTION: A lamp control circuit comprises a power circuit unit(1) for rectifying an input AC power and supplying the power as a driving voltage; a human body sensor(S1) for sensing the close human body; a control unit(3) for outputting a control signal for turning on a lamp(L) when the human body sensor senses human body; a first triac(Q2) for turning on the lamp by being switched by the control signal output from the control unit; a first power input line(P1) for input of a normal power and an emergency power transmitted from a generator in a building; a second power input line(P2) for input of a normal power; a third power input line(P3) for input of an emergency power; and a second triac(Q3) which turns on when an emergency power is input between the third power input line and the lamp through the first power input line and the third power input line, in such a manner that the lamp is turned on so as to function as an emergency lamp.
