METHOD FOR BOOTING MOBILE TERMINAL

PURPOSE: A method for booting a mobile terminal is provided to perform a basic call function by booting a mobile terminal before memory initialization of an EFS(Embedded File System) is completed. CONSTITUTION: When a user turns on a mobile terminal(110), a controller senses it(120). When a power-on key is pressed, the controller processes a PS(Power Switch) hold and generates tasks while displaying the first image data on a display unit(130). The controller generates the first task for performing a communication function(140). The mobile terminal is changed to the first call standby mode to perform a basic call function(150). The controller generates the second task(160) and changes the mobile terminal to the second call mode in which the user can use phone book data, text message or downloaded data(170).
