The present invention refers to a process to elaborate seeds capsules, specially designed for coniferous plant seeds including a seeds-from-cones extraction stage. The obtained capsules by this process are spherical-shaped having an internal structure porous enough to allow air and water entrance to the seeds. The invention also refers to a composition for seed capsules elaborated from economically elaborated materials. The composition of the present invention includes repellents, fungicides, an organic substrate, agglutinants and fertilizers; this composition improves the viability of obtained spheres, which are adequate to be employed in reforestation.
