FIELD: method and equipment for glass melting furnaces. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves heating glass melting furnaces comprising combustion space by means of apparatus having regenerators for heating of oxidizing gases and burner necks introduced into combustion space, as well as primary burners and secondary burners, disposed in cascade arrangement with respect to primary burners, with secondary burners being operated with relatively smaller amount of fuel, in particular, secondary fuel; creating flame with above- and pre-stoichiometric nature of burning process and mixing resultant flame gases up to time when at least substantial stoichiometric burning out thereof in combustion space is provided; introducing secondary fuel through secondary burners into step inside burner neck; blowing in secondary oxidizing gas into step at burning phase of respective burner neck in addition to primary oxidizing gas flowing on step and heated in regenerators; in case of occurrence of visible carbon deposits and/or difficulties with heating process, blowing in oxidizing gas at phase of delivery of respective burner neck for flue waste gases, with secondary burner being turned off. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency, reduced deposition of ash and graphite in mouth without increasing nitrogen oxide content in waste flue gases. ^ 22 cl, 4 dwg |
